Because far too many people are unhappy in their jobs & teams and can't get out of them. The current recruitment world is intransparent on both sides and works with templates that people have to fit into instead of promoting their individuality and thus their work. I believe that there is a suitable team and job for everyone, where they feel comfortable and can use their talents. With Recunited, we want to help to find and connect them as easy as possible.

Recunited's vision, the team's energy and enthusiasm and the positive feedback from outside!
Not to let my fears stop me, but to find the calm in the storm and do one thing after another. Burpee by Burpee... 🙂
🧗 Your biggest challenge so far in founding a startup?
The work-life balance. 😅
🎉 What was the best part of founding a startup for you?
I can realize myself and at the same time create real value for the world.
📚 Is there any advice you can give to other founders?
Learn to love the process, appreciate the process, it’s not getting easier.
Because allygatr believed in me and gave me a chance to do what I love.

Only the best! I have all the freedom in the world to build my company according to my ideas and also to make my own learnings. At the same time, allygatr supports me anytime I need help.

allygatr and me go way back! When I joined, it was still called VB Business Group. 😜 I initially contacted Ben through Linkedin for an interview, and that's how we got in touch in the first place.
