The "war for talent" is becoming more and more intense in our digitalized society. However, there are surprisingly few digital solutions in the HR sector itself. In my own company I notice that the HR Tech area still offers so many possibilities and currently only the obvious areas are covered. But there is still so much more to discover.

I love the early phase, where there is still a lot of space for experimentation and testing, and the "build, measure, learn" takes place on a weekly basis. I love to support our founders with my experience. Furthermore, I have been through many rounds of funding and can help with fundraising.
