Creating culture people don’t want to leaveMission: We firmly believe that with our products and digital ideas we can combat the shortage of skilled workers in craft and industrial businesses and thus improve the lives of thousands of people.
What is the one thing that separates a company from its competitors and at the same time unites all of its employees? Its culture. We believe culture is the ultimate competitive advantage in a world where business models can be copied. It shapes the way people work and interact on a daily basis. Yet, we’ve noticed a gap between value promise and value delivery. Most employees either don’t know the values, don’t believe in them or can’t apply them in their everyday work. We want to close this gap by translating company values into day-to-day operations.

📑 We were able to validate the problem in over 75 expert interviews.
🏆 We’ve got a scholarship by the Bosch Startup Harbour which allowed us to co-create the solution with their Betriebsrat.
🤜🤛We are both first-time founders: We are very grateful for the support we are getting from our network because people believe in us and the idea.
We want to create change in the lifes of millions of employees. We want them to gain a greater sense of purpose and sense of belonging within their organization.

Doing what we love. Waking up in the middle of the night and can’t wait to continue working.
