Mission: We offer quick, verified and fully insured childcare. What we want: a better compatibility of work and family life, more flexibility & serenity for parents, as well as fair payment for care workers.
We want real flexibility in child care, to match the increasingly flexible world of work. New work also requires new child care. In our view, it must be possible in 2022 to combine fun at work, happy kids and room for your own wishes.
🔝 Your 3 biggest achievements so far?
1) Finding a suitable insurance provider for all nannies on our platform was certainly a milestone.
2) Our partners and others startups that share our topics and spread the offer into the B2B sector.
3) The programming of our MVP - writing our own user stories as non-techies and implementing our vision together with UX designers and developers.
🚗 What drives you?
The fun of building something really meaningful and being able to make a real difference.
Making mistakes is simply part of the game. Through constant feedback, we have rethought our offer several times and discarded many things that we were convinced of at the beginning.
🥵 Your biggest challenge in founding a startup?
Finding the right contacts and partners for all necessary business areas (data protection, trademark law, programming, etc.).
📚 Is there any advice you can give to other founders?
Network, network, network - support each other and be open. And feel free to link up with us, we are open to sharing everything we have learned.
Clearly - that we are doing this together and really complement each other.

🧒🧸 Your favorite free time activity - with kids and without?
We love kids - however, they are not with us during our favorite activities like Bikram yoga and jogging in the forest.
